A new species of the genus Epinotia Hubner (Lepidoptera, Tortricidae, Olethreutinae) from Japan

Epinotia takabotti Nasu, n. sp. is described from Japan. The adults and genitalia are illustrated.I examined some unfamiliar olethreutine moths collected by Mr Nagao Hirano in Nagano Prefecture, Honshu, Japan, and concluded that they constitute a new species of the genus Epinotia Hubner. In the present paper, I describe the new species with the photographs of adult and genitalia.
