摘要

The aim of this study is to describ potential differences in concentration < TC, TN, amount of microbial biomass an microbial activity in soil sample taken froi root zone of Winter Wheat - Triticui aestivum (Sole crops; SC-WW), Wint( Wheat (Intercrops; IC-WW) with Winfc Pea - Pisum sativum var. Speciosum (1С WP).The samples of rhizosphere soil wer taken during flowering growth stages с Winter Wheat (GS 61-69) and Winter Pe (GS 61-69). The significant highei content of TC was found in soil sample from 1С, about 200 % in comparison wit the soil samples from SC-WW.Cultivation of 1С also supported microbe activity and development of microbic communities in rhizosphere zon documented by the highest soil respiratioand amount of microbial biomass in 1С variants. Measured values indicate a positive effect of mixed culture on deposition of TC in rhizosphere soil and state of microbial communities in rhizosphere.
