ZnO, SnO2, FTO and FZO thin-films were fabricated as Transparent conductive oxide thermoelectric (TCO TE) generators by air-pressure chemical vapor deposition technique (APCVD) on glass substrates with the length of 7.5 cm and width of 2.5 cm. Also, 10 wt.% of fluorine doped tin oxide and 10 wt.% of fluorine doped zinc oxide prepared by SnCl2 and ZnCl2 were used as precursors respectively and NH4F was applied as the precursor for fluorine doping. UV-Vis transmittance, FESEM, Cross-Section, XRD and Hall-Effect of the fabricated samples were compared. Comparison of temperature and voltage changes over time for the samples showed that, with increasing temperature over time, voltage of the samples almost increased with a similar trend, except in one sample which changed in a disordered trend.
