LIQUID PREPARATION FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE AND FLUORIZED INFRARED TIN OXIDE LAYERS ON GLASS SURFACES OR CERAMIC VITRIFIED WITH A QUANTITY OF TIN-IV-CHLORIDES THAT SHOW IN SOME CASES MULTIPLE CASES, OF ENDOWMENT TIN - II - FLUORBORATE. A PREFERRED PREPARATION CONSISTS OF 30 TO 89.5% OF THE WEIGHT OF TIN - IV - CHLORIDES WITH ORGANIC GROUPS IN SOME CASES, 0.5 TO 7.5% OF THE WEIGHT OF TIN - II - FLUORBORATE IN THE FORM OF AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION AT 30 - 60% AND 10 TO 62.5% OF THE WEIGHT OF AN ORGANIC POLAR SOLVENT.
