Warehousing management is an important part of logistics supply. With the continuous improvement of the level of information, "intelligent logistics" has become the latest trend in the development of logistics industry, in which monitoring warehouse is the core of "intelligent logistics."The Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and wireless sensor network technology are combined to realize the real-time monitoring of the warehouse cargo information collection and the circulation link. Monitoring technology, including hardware architecture, uses CC2530 as the master controlchip. The wireless sensor network is composed of a photoelectric sensor (BPW34S), cargo reading, and writing uses VT-547N type RFID reader. It is used to design the cargo tag reader module, cargo delivery module, and collection modules. In addition, the corresponding software design of thesemodules is carried out. In the meanwhile, the utilization of the warehouse monitoring perception information is studied, and an improved information fusion algorithm based on Radial basis function (RBF) neural network is proposed. The designed hardware module and software are simulated toclassify and test the information fusion algorithm. The results show that the accuracy of cargo identification is high, and the classification effect is good.
