BackgroundNoninvasive detection of isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 mutation (IDH1(+)) and loss of nuclear alpha thalassemia/mental retardation syndrome X-linked expression ((ATRX(-)) are clinically meaningful for molecular stratification of low-grade gliomas (LGGs).
