摘要

The doxorubicin-conjugated O-carboxymethyl chitosan (OCAD) was synthesized by hydrazone bond and transferrin was introduced to OCAD for targeted cancer therapy. The OCAD was analyzed by H-1 NMR and, diameter of OCAD and TPOCAD were confirmed 230 nm and 250 nm by DLS, respectively. The release profile of OCAD showed that acidic pH was rapidly released than neutral pH. To compare cellular uptake of OCAD and TPOCAD, its internalization was analyzed by CLSM. In addition, cytotoxicity of TPOCAD was accomplished by MTT assay. Therefore, TPOCAD-polymeric drug has a potential ability as drug delivery system for effective chemotherapy against cancer cells.
