Anadarko project planning as Cote d'Ivoire deep gets gassy

Anadarko is moving ahead with development planning of the deep-water Paon find off Cote d'lvoire after two more appraisal wells were successful but uncovered more gas than previously thought. The Bolette Dolphin drillship completed the Paon-3 appraisal well on the 2012 discovery in CI-103 late last year and the partners then quickly decided to use it for another well. The first of these was drilled around 6km from the discovery well and encountered 94ft (29m) of wet pay.
