Four submit bids for Chevron Angolan Takula project

The four contenders for Chevron's downsized Takula Oil Treating Heater Header project in Angola have submitted their bids. The US major originally launched the project in Block 0 last April (see AOG 23 April) but was disappointed by the prices from initial bids and asked EDG to reduce the scope in order to cut costs.
