In recent days, most of the people are engaged in online shopping which needs more secure online transaction systems free from intrusion. Secured Post Office Protocol for E-Commerce Application is the proposed system for avoiding vulnerable attacks from hackers during online shopping.The objective of this paper is to develop secured client server based architecture with dual password protection implemented using a new protocol named as secured post office protocol (pop3) along with a new Colour based encryption method called as Colour cryptography to check the acknowledgementservices between the client and server. The password and credit card details are encrypted using Rijndeal encryption algorithm to provide more secured transaction system. This system can be used to secure all password based web application from phishing attacks and can provide good handshakemethod for client server services. The system uses PKI (Public key infrastructure) to create an acknowledgement services between client and server. It enables the user to check the server connection at any time of their transaction using the password and Colour code protection. Online shoppingusers will feel more safe and satisfied, due to secured transaction.
