摘要

The paper presents a variable transmission ratio control strategy based on active rear wheel steering, use to solve disadvantage of complex structure and processing technology requires high in the variable transmission ratio of traditional steering gears with mechanical structure. Because of the ideal steering characteristics can be obtained by variable transmission ratio, this based on the obtained variable transmission ratio curves design desired yaw-rate, and the rear wheel controller designed to track the demanded desired yaw-rate. Using the H∞ optimal control to improve the high-speed transient response of vehicle, thereby improving high-speed stability and safety of the vehicle. Simulation results show that the control strategy presented in this paper can obtain desired effect of variable transmission ratio control and improve the handling stability of vehicle.
