On Sunada Equivalent Graph Coverings

Stark and Terras [18] used a pair of locally conjugate subgroups of GL_3(F_2) to construct pairs of non-isomorphic graphs that have the same Ihara zeta function. In this paper, we show that unramified graph coverings that arise from such a construction have the same prime decomposition laws over the base graph.
