摘要

With the development of tissue engineering, one of the main problems is the scaffolds' biocompatibility. Antheraea pernyi silk fibroin (ASF) has many Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) peptides sequence, which would promote cell adhesion and proliferation. In this experiment, ASF film and Bombyx mori silk fibroin (BSF) film were prepared in the same treatment and characterized. The results of films showed that ASF films is more hydrophilic and have better stability in the enzyme solution compared with BSF films. Next, the Schwann cells (SCs) were cultured on the ASF and BSF films in vitro. The results of SCs on ASF and BSF films showed that ASF films showed higher adhesion rates, cell viability, proliferation rate, and mRNA growth factors expression levels. The experiments have the potentials to promote peripheral nerve regeneration and provide a theoretical basis in the field of peripheral nerve repair.
