Oil prices hit a fresh four-month high last week with US bench- mark West Texas Intermediate (WTI) breaking through the $60 per barrel barrier after Energy Information Administration data showed domestic crude tanks plummeting by 9.6 million barrels in the most recent week to Mar. 15.
