Neste and Air BP Prepare to Supply SAF at Swedish Airports

Sweden is poised to become the second country after Norway to provide consistent supplies of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) at domestic airports. Leading renewable fuels produc- er Finland’s Neste and into-wing giant Air BP say they are ready to start supplying SAF to airline and airport custom- ers in Sweden this year. “I am very happy to announce that our collaboration with Air BP has taken its first concrete step,” said Neste President and CEO Peter Vanacker Apr. 15, just six months after the pair teamed up to boost the supply and availability of SAF for their global airline customers (JFI Oct.15’18).
