P-T-X Phase Diagram of the Yb-Mn-O System

摘要

The possibility of using the oxide YbMnO_3 as a material with the properties of a magnetically ordered ferroelectric [1] renders physicochemical and thermo-dynamic analyses of the Yb-Mn-O system important.The subsolidus composition-temperature phase diagram of this system in air was reported in [2] (Fig.1).In the present work,we constructed the P-T-X phase diagram of the Yb-Mn-O system at variable temperature and equilibrium oxygen pressure values.
