P-T-X Phase Diagram of the Dy-Mn-O System

摘要

The discovery of the effect of colossal magnetore-sistance in perovskite-like lanthanide manganites doped with alkaline-earth,bismuth,lead,or cadmium oxides renders the physicochemical and thermody-namic analysis of the Dy-Mn-O system important.The subsolidus phase diagram of this system in air was reported in.In the present work,we constructed the P-T-X phase diagram of the Dy-Mn-O system at variable temperature and equilibrium oxygen pressure values.
