When I graduated from vet school, what you learned was what you picked upfrom your boss and other senior role models. Not surprisingly, these habits weren't necessarily the ones that would lead to a happy and long-lasting career. In my case, some of these habits and behaviors damaged and limited my career, and it took me a long time to work out a better way forward.
