Toyota's European product planners have been taking a trip down memory lane, as after reviving the Corolla model name in Europe earlier this year for the Auris successor, the Japanese company has now brought the Camry back to life, to serve as an effective replacement for the Avensis, that ended production last year. Larger, pricier and more classy than before, Toyota's newest large saloon car is sold exclusively in hybrid guise this time around, however it's disappointing that there's no replacement for the Tourer, which was popular with taxi drivers. Avensis buyers had been asking for a hybrid version for years, and now their cries have been answered.
