REMARKS ON THE COMPLETELY BOUNDED APPROXIMATION PROPERTY FOR C*-ALGEBRAS

In this paper we show that if the range C*-algebra has the Weak Expectation Property, then completely bounded maps have tensor product extension properties similar to those of completely positive maps. This result, combined with an argument of Huruya, allows us a new look at the Completely Bounded and Matricial approximation properties for C*-algebras.
