Avon Products, Inc.: appointed Jose Vicente Marino as executive vice president and general manager, Brazil. He will be responsible for accelerating growth in Brazil, Avon's largest business, reporting to chief executive officer Jan Zijderveld. Marino is a seasoned executive with extensive general manager, direct selling, consumer and strategic planning experience within global organizations. He has held executive positions at Natura & Co., latterly as chief operating officer and a member of the executive committee, where he led the multi-channel and multi-brand strategy, and the entire sales team, having been promoted successively from brands and business VP and marketing and sales VP.
