AJR teaching file: Carpenter with cold, numb fingers.

摘要

A 42-year-old carpenter presented with cold and numb fingers of the right hand. The patient described a history of several weeks of worsening numbness and cyanosis of the third through fifth fingers of the right hand. Physical examination revealed no palpable right ulnar artery pulse at the level of the wrist; therefore, angiography of the right upper extremity was performed.
