摘要

In this study, a memristor-based analog circuit is proposed to realize Rossler differential equation set. Mathematical analysis and SPICE simulations are given for phase portraits and bifurcation diagrams. The proposed system is implemented on board by using commercially available active and passive components and it is seen that experimental results are in good agreement with theoretical and simulation results. A memristor emulator circuit which provides the needed memristive characteristics in proposed chaotic circuit is designed and its nonlinear dynamics are validated by examining frequency dependent pinched hysteresis loops
