U.S. Experiences Coldest Winter in Past 4 Years

Te National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) writes it is likely that the 2018-2019 winter heating season will fnish as the coldest seen recently. While nowhere near as cold as the historic 2013-2014 polar vortex season, by the third week of March this year there were 454 more heating degree days (HDD) than the average across 2015 through 2017 at the same point.
