Laparoscopic Repair of Hiatal Hernia in the Presence of Aberrant Left Hepatic Artery Using Extracorporeal Sliding Arthroscopic Knots

When present, an aberrant left hepatic artery (ALHA) usually originates from the left gastric artery and runs through the pars condensa of the gastrohepatic ligament. The reported incidence of ALHA is 3 to 34 per cent in adults.
