Nufarm has acquired BASF's imazarnethabenz herbicide business outside of Europe for an undisclosed amount The imidazolinone herbicide is sold mainly in Canada,as Assert,for the control of wild oats (Avena fataa) in wheat and barley.The deal covers the technical and end-use rights,product registrations and Assert trademark outside Europe.
