Volume growth across all geographic areas contributed to a 20.3% increase in dow agrosciences' revenues to us924 million in the first quarter of 2004.the growth was led by demand in latin america and europe.sales benefited from historically high commodity prices,which encouraged farmer spending,and the weak dollar,which assisted exports.
