Monsanto settles EU lawsuits on Argentine GM soy meal exports

Monsanto has withdrawn a claim against two export companies for the import into Europe of soybean meal made with its technology. The company has settled with agricultural product importers, Toepfer International and Cefetra, Monsanto told Agrow. The case was being heard at the District Court of The Hague in the Netherlands. It was subject to referral to the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
