After four months of dealing with the challenges of lockdown, the profession is now turning its attention to what will happen next. For many, the pandemic is opening up opportunities to help managers and leaders access and understand the data they need to de-risk and maintain performance, and to manage change effectively. Equally, our July Corporate Partner Meeting and member surveys spelled out some key challenges the profession is facing, as we look forward to the ‘new normal'.
