While shipments dipped in anexpected manner during December some ofthat is based on estimated import levels thatare not confirmed due to the governmentshutdown. We have had years of practice atthe estimation so we expect we are not faroff and of course next month we publish ourfinal 2018 year-end issue that will fill in allthe blanks and confirm import levels.
