Indian packaging market starting to improve, but graphic paper sector continues to struggle

The Indian packaging market is improving after the relaxation of the late Q1/early Q2 anti-COVID-19 lockdown that shut down much of the country's industrial production. However, contacts report that the graphic paper sector is still in a bad way (No. 24, p.6). On the packaging side, firms are reporting operating rates ranging from 70-85%.
