Buoyant start to 2013 for UK mills except in graphic paper sector

The volume of paper and board production was at its highest for over four years in January. Output totalled 388,595 tonnes which represented a rise of 7.8% (+28,200 tonnes) when compared with a year earlier and an increase of 11.7% (+40,570 tonnes) versus the previous month.
