摘要

Reactive silicones can be synthesized to have the same reactive moieties as those used in standard resin polymers and will react with these during the curing step. Solubility and steric and electronic affects alter the kinetics of the reaction, but they can be made to react into the matrix.1 These silicones can be monofunctional which terminates many resin reactions, difunctional which provides extension of the matrix without crosslinking, or multifunctional to increase cross linking.
