A reduced description method based on the Bogolyubov functional hypothesis is applied to the Dicke model system with quasispin representation for two-level emitters interacting with an electromagnetic field. The photon subsystem is assumed to be in equilibrium at a finite temperature. The basic kinetic equation as an equation for the statistical operator of the emitter subsystem coincides with those known, but was obtained by us in a regular procedure and for a rather general Hamiltonian. On the basis of this equation and a Wick-Bloch theorem generalized by us for the averages with a quasiequilibrium statistical operator, kinetic equations for the average values of quasispin operators were obtained. A stochastic approach to the derivation of kinetic equations is proposed that includes binary correlations of quasispins (i.e., the kinetic equations for excitons in an emitter system).
