Only science graduates to sell pesticides

A recent notification by the Government of India has amended the Insecticides Rules and made it mandatory for new retailers and dealers of pesticides to possess minimum graduate degree in agriculture science or biochemistry or biotechnology or life science or graduation with either chemistry or botany or zoology.
