Beside pay and recognition, employer-sponsored benefits influence workplace satisfaction.According to the 2019 PCT/NPMA Workplace Survey, nearly all workers (92 percent) said they were eligible to receive some kind of benefits, which included paid time off or vacation (86 percent), medical insurance (83 percent), retirement plans (71 percent), and/or life insurance (68 percent).
