Ukraine court seizes Odessa refinery

A Ukrainian court has seized the Odessa refinery and the land on which the plant is built,the interior ministry says.The court order entered force on 24 April,but the text of the ruling is yet to be published.Under Ukrainian law,Odessa’s owner Vetek cannot transfer ownership or use the refinery until the order is lifted.The court has also seized 25,000t of products stored at the refinery and nearby facilities.
