摘要

Opec's production fell by 600,000 b/d to just under 28.5mn b/d in January as Libyan supplies were disrupted and members adjusted to lower output quotas. Opec production in the current confguration of members fell to its lowest since September last year, when Saudi Arabia's Abqaiq processing plant and Khurais feld were attacked. Ecuador withdrew from Opec after 31 December, leaving 10 members still participating in the output agreement with non-Opec producers. This Opec 10 group kept combined January output at nearly 350,000 b/d below its new lower 25.15mn b/d quota for the frst quarter.
