摘要

With the outbreak of coronavirus, attempted data hacks have been a common occurrence for many consumers and businesses. Sophisticated cyber-attacks targeting those who are working from home have risen drastically in recent months, from just six percent on email traffic in March 2020 to nearly 60 percent just six weeks later. Naturally, this caused businesses to ramp up their cyber security measures. However, cyber-attacks aimed directly at individuals or businesses are not the only way in which data breaches can occur. The data centres that store and transfer highly confidential data for countless businesses around the country can also be targets for malicious activity.
