摘要

Mixed cryoglobulinemia (MC) and cryoglobulinemic vasculitis (CV) are the most common extrahepatic manifestations of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. With novel inter-feron-free regimens based on direct-acting antivirals (DAAs) HCV can be eradicated in 90-100% of the patients. Both the American and the European associations for study liver diseases consider HCV associated cryoglobulinaemic vasculitis as priority indication for DAA treatment. At the same time not all of the patients with sustained virological response (SVR) experience clinical remission of extrahepatic manifestations of chronic HCV infection.
