The Better Regulation Delivery Office at BIS, the UK Government Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, has published an overview of current thinking on how regulation affects corporate behaviour.1 Touching on the likes of food and product safety as well as environmental protection and giving consideration to both legal and socio-economic studies, the overview was authored by a notable commentator on EU product regulation – Christopher Hodges, an Oxford Professor of Justice Systems.
