Sharply higher crude oil production boosted total volumes for Strategic Oil & Gas Ltd., which more than doubled revenue in 2012, also boosting it substantially in the fourth quarter. While posting no positive earnings in either reporting period, the company considerably narrowed its losses from those recorded in the comparable 2011 periods.
