Thange is something we've all learned to accept. While we may do our best to avoid it, change has become a fact of life. This is especially true for indoor gardening. Careful management of fluctuating conditions in the growing area can have a direct impact on the health of our African violets. No matter where we call home - even climates that have the slightest variation -change makes a difference. At this time of year, one very common problem crops up as outdoor conditions begin to change. When days get warmer and nights stay cool, what looks like white dust gathering on blossom stalks and foliage is not dust at all. That "dust" is called powdery mildew.
