摘要

To gain some insight in the catalytic species from the hydrophilic catalyst system Pd(OAc)22/TPPTS a study by ~(31)P NMR spectroscopy was undertaken.First,the catalyst system was analyzed using a (1:3) Pd(OAc)2/TPPTS ratio at different times.Then,after modifying the Pd(OAc)2/ TPPTS ratios,further ~(31)P NMR spectra were recorded.Finally,~(31)P NMR spectra of the cross-coupling Suzuki reaction between a model 4-iodophenylalanine containing peptide and potassium 2,4-difluorophenyl trifluoro-borate catalyzed using a (1:3) mixture of Pd(OAc)2/TPPTS as catalyst were undertaken.
