摘要

The global alpha-exponential stabilization of fractional complex delayed neural networks is studied by Wang et al. in Nonlinear Dyn 92(2):247-265, 2018. A periodically intermittent control scheme with time delay is put forward for the global alpha-exponential stabilization of fractional complex works, and the detailed proof process is presented. However, the proof processes of the main theoretical results are uncorrect as thememory property of fractional calculus is neglected. The sufficient conditions drawn in this paper do not hold. The main defects of the proof process are pointed out, and some counterexamples are also provided to verify the above problems in our paper.
