BWI Community Roundtable Agrees on Measures to Reduce Noise

The BWI Community Roundtable tentatively approved a package of measures designed to reduce noise impacts of flight path changes imposed by FAA's implementation of the DC Metroplex at Baltimore-Washington Thurgood Marshall International Airport (BWI) in 2015. They include widening and shifting flight paths over less densely populated areas and keeping planes at higher altitudes for longer.
