The US Fish & Wildlif e Service says the proposed Rio Grande LNG export terminal at the Port of Brownsville,Texas,and an associated pipeline will not harm two species of endangered wild cats.The report said the $9-6 billion project being developed by NextDecade-one of three proposed LNG export terminals at the port-will not jeopardize the survival of the the ocelot and the jaguarundi,despite concerns expressed by conservation groups.
