Software for bacteriological risk assessment is claimed. The complex environmental stimuli, preferably supply of nutrients, oxygen concentration, temperature, pH, humidity, presence of antimicrobial peptides, osmolarity, population density and ecological niche with respect to competing microorganisms, are projected and programmed under the aspects of infection ecology to different species of bacteria in conventional software which allows calculation for the probable establishment of microorganisms with pathogenic potency and the evaluation and risk assessment.
