Rig owner Noble Corp.has warned of its potential”inability to continue as a going concern”due to debt obligations,a signal offshore drillers are not out of the woods.The London company with operations in the US Gulf of Mexico also said it was warned by the New York Stock Exchange it could soon be delisted due to its share price being below $1/share for an extended period.
