>Included among the many variants of what are commonly referred to as midstream contracts are natural gas–gathering agreements, condensate‐gathering agreements, gas‐processing agreements, fractionation agreements, and occasional combinations of those agreements. They generally contain many of the same essential terms material to the specific trade negotiated between the parties.
